M&M is staring you in the face (and I don't mean the candy)...I'm talking about Mammograms and Menopause. They used to seem so far away, but now the time for one has arrived and the other is right on it's heels!

You Know You're Getting Older When...

You used to be able to eat whatever you wanted without a care; and now when you want to eat some sunflower seeds, you are concerned about the amount of sodium they have and whether or not eating them will cause your blood pressure to rise!

You know you're getting older when...

Each time you drink Green Tea, you are excited because you know it's gonna "clean out your system!"

(Wow, I sound like my grandmother again!)

You start to have hot flashes while in the closet getting dressed and you are not even in menopause!!!

Buying clothes now has "two" criteria instead of one. It used to consist of only "Is it cute?"  Now it consists of:  "Is it cute?" AND "Is it comfortable?????"
